Ifiac has been a familiar name in the hospitality industry sector for more than 20 years. So it's not surprising that over ninety percent of our customer base consists of hotels, restaurants, bars and lunchrooms. Our customers include businesses large and small, national chains and multinationals. And they are distributed throughout the Netherlands – from Den Helder to Maastricht and from Delfzijl to Vlissingen.
In order to make their financial records and staff administration easier and less time-consuming for our customers, we have developed a number of convenient online applications. These are designed especially for the hospitality industry customers and – besides time savings, clarity and understanding – they generate clear management reports. As well making available comprehensible digital services, we also consider it very important to know our customers. We aim for long-term relationships and therefore put a lot of time into personal contacts.
Hospitality entrepreneurs are passionate people. They are people with ideas, who want to put those ideas into practice – preferably today, not tomorrow. Many of our customers started out with a single location before expanding and adding new branches. When our customers grow, Ifiac's services simply grow with them!
Sectors
Alongside the hospitality industry sector, we also service clients in retail/wholesale, baker's shops and bakery companies. Our accounting systems may have been specially developed for the restaurants, bars, hotels, lunchrooms etc. but really it is a solution for any firm that wants to handle its purchase invoices, sales invoices and banking operations digitally. If there is not yet an existing interface between our book-keeping system and your business system, we will always be prepared to invest in one.
